CREATIVE PARTNER PACKAGE - Terms & Conditions:

1. Fair Use Policy

The Creative Partner Package is structured as an ongoing design subscription service. While requests are not capped, all work is delivered under a fair use model to ensure consistent quality and turnaround across all clients.

• A maximum of 2 active tasks will be worked on at any one time

• Additional requests will be placed in a managed queue and completed sequentially in order of submission, unless otherwise agreed

• There is no limit to the number of requests that can be submitted; however, delivery is governed by capacity and prioritisation

• Work continues month-to-month, allowing larger or ongoing projects to be completed over time

• Turnaround times and delivery capacity are subject to current workload and project complexity

• Requests deemed excessive or outside the reasonable scope of the service may require a revised agreement

2. Turnaround Times

Typical turnaround times are as follows:

• Small tasks (e.g. web updates, social media graphics): 1–3 working days

• Medium tasks (e.g. flyers, branding assets): 3–5 working days

• Large projects (e.g. signage, campaigns, video editing): timelines agreed in advance

All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on complexity, workload, and client responsiveness.

3. Revisions & Scope

• Revisions must remain within the scope of the original brief

• Requests that materially change the direction, objectives, or deliverables will be treated as a new task

• Ongoing revision cycles may impact delivery timelines and queue progression

4. Requests & Communication

• All requests must be submitted via the designated email address

• Clear, complete briefs are required before work can begin

• Timely feedback and approvals are essential to maintain delivery timelines

• Delays in client communication or provision of materials may result in adjusted timelines

5. Working Hours

• Services are delivered during standard working hours (Monday–Friday)

• Requests submitted outside of these hours will be processed on the next working day

• Urgent or out-of-hours work may be subject to additional fees, agreed in advance

6. On-Site Visits

• All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed

• On-site visits are not included within the standard package

• Any required travel, time, and associated expenses will be quoted and agreed in advance

7. Print & Production

• Printing and production costs are not included

• Your dedicated Print & Production Manager can coordinate with trusted suppliers and provide quotes where required

• Final approval of all print materials remains the client’s responsibility

8. Marketing Services

• All marketing activity requires an agreed campaign budget provided by the client

• Recruitment support is available for roles with an advertised annual salary of £45,000 or above

9. Payment & Service Continuity

• Services are provided on a subscription basis and must be paid in advance

• Failure to make payment may result in the suspension of all active and queued work

• No work will be delivered while payments remain outstanding

10. Intellectual Property

• Final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

11. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work

• The client is responsible for final review and approval of all deliverables prior to use, publication, or production

12. Contract Length & Renewal

• The Creative Partner Package is subject to an initial 6-month contract

• Upon renewal, a 12-month agreement may be entered into

• Pricing is fixed for the duration of the agreed contract term

13. Termination

• Early termination of the agreement requires written notice and may be subject to settlement of the remaining contract value

• Either party may terminate the agreement in the event of a material breach of these terms
